I can’t make any of the sessions during my schools scheduled weeks. What should I do?
Call the studio (610.948.8005) to make an appointment for the retake day in September during school hours.
I lost my appointment card. What can I do?
Print a blank appointment card off of this website. Go to the Information and Forms section and find your school. All forms that were mailed to you are here. Once you have done that, call the studio and request your appointment day and time and fill it in on your appointment card in the white space. Be sure to read our policies on the back of the card before your appointment.
What if something comes up and I cannot make my appointment?
Please give the studio a call as soon as possible to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Any appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged a “No Show Fee”.
What if I am late to my appointment?
If you are more than 5 minutes late a session fee will apply to reschedule your appointment.
What if I can’t remember my appointment time--can I go anytime during the scheduled weeks?
No, everyone has a scheduled time. Please call the studio to get your appointment time. If you come at a time other than the one you were scheduled for you will be asked to come back at your scheduled time.
What if I forget to come to my appointment?
If you do not show or give us more than 24 hours notice you will be charged a no show fee.
What are the session types? How long are the sessions?
You may have one or more of the following choices depending on what school you attend.
Graduate: This is a 3 minute session. Free with 4 poses (2 on each side)
Traditional: This is a 10 minute session. 6 yearbook poses and 6 cap + gown poses (3 on each side)
Modern: This is a 10 minute session. 6 YB poses and 6 poses with casual outfit (3 on each side)
Seniors Choice: 15 minute session. 6 YB poses, 6 cap + gown poses and 6 casual outfit poses.
Contemporary: 20 minute session. 6 YB poses, 6 cap + gown poses and casual outfit with prop.
Just Coatesville:
Traditional: 10 minute session. 6 YB poses, 6 cap + gown poses.
Contemporary: 20 minute session. 6 YB poses, 6 cap + gown poses and casual outfit with prop.
What should I wear?
Gentlemen: Come in a button down shirt with a suit jacket and a tied tie. Color, pattern and style for any of these three listed articles of clothing are at your personal discretion. If you prefer, we do have some navy jackets in average sizes for your use. If you have casual photos scheduled, please remember to bring a casual shirt of your choice. If you come without any one or more of the above listed items you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and a fee will apply.
Ladies: Come with a spaghetti strap top on, the drape we provide does not provide full coverage of your back. If you are wearing the studio provided black drape and do not have a spaghetti strap tank top on, it takes time out of YOUR session. Once you are ready you will only get as many pictures as the rest of your session time allows. If you attend GV you have the option to wear a blouse of your choice OR use our drape.
For all: if you are dressed in offensive clothing you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and a fee will apply.
What if I don’t like my pictures?
We offer retakes in the event that it is something that cannot be resolved with retouching. Please note that specific retouching as well as retakes have their own fee schedules.
When will my images be available?
They will be on-line after 5pm the Friday of the week they were taken.
How do I see my images taken during my portrait session?
Simply go to kellyokeefephotography.com click on the senior link on the home page. Once inside the senior page click the button Yearbook Portrait Orders. On the next screen you will type in your password listed on your viewing card (given to you after your photo session).
Don’t I get proofs?
The only proofing available is online. If you do not have internet access, we recommend seeing if you can use a friend’s computer, a free library or you are always welcome to view the images at our studio with a staff member. Please call to make an appointment.
Where can I find my password?
On the front side of your viewing card (given by a Kelly O’Keefe Photography staff member at the time of your appointment).
When I enter my password, it says the images are not available yet. What does that mean?
It means that your gallery is in the process of being created, but is not fully uploaded yet. Give it a few hours and try again. Please do not confuse this error message with “Your password is inaccurate” they are different error messages.
I lost my viewing card. What can I do?
You can print a new one off of this website by going to the “Information and Forms” button. Please select your school to find the appropriate forms. Once you have your new card call the studio to get your password.
How long can I view my pictures online?
Your website remains active for 1 month. After 1 month there will be a reactivation fee of $4.99.
How do I order?
You can place your order on this secure website by clicking on the Yearbook Portrait Orders button. If you feel uncomfortable placing an order online you can print an order form located in the “Information and Forms” section.
Can I order pictures over the phone?
No we are sorry, we require all orders to be in writing.
How do I pick my yearbook pose?
When you are placing an order online simply check the box that is labeled “Yearbook Pose Selector."
Why is there a 2 week order deadline?
The deadline is to help us process your orders efficiently so we can keep lead times down for you to receive your pictures in 6 – 8 weeks.
Can I order after the 30 day deadline?
Yes, however be aware that there will be a $4.99 fee (cannot be waived) to reload images for 3 days or 10 visits.
Why is there a 30 day yearbook pose selection deadline?
Your Yearbook Advisor has a deadline which we have to meet. In order for us to do this we need time to process the choice for everyone, do retouching and put them into a format that your school can send to the yearbook company.
I missed my 2 week deadline to pick my yearbook pose. Will I be left out of the Yearbook?
No, if you did not select a pose in time we will submit one to your yearbook advisor for you.
I can’t afford to purchase portraits right now. What can I do?
We have your portraits on file forever. If you cannot afford them right now, you are more than welcome to purchase them a few months from now, but please keep in mind there will be an archive fee associated with your late purchase. There is, however, another option. You can always fill out a paper order form, and mail a check or money order giving us only a portion of the total. A payment of at least 10% of your balance is required each month to keep your account active. There will be an inactivity fee of $15.00+tax applied to your balance for each month (30 day period) that no payment is received. Please keep in mind that your order will not be processed until the balance is received in full.
My credit card was declined, but I know the funds are there.
This is an issue that needs to be resolved with your credit card company. One answer could be that the address you entered as the billing address for the card is different from what your credit card company has on file. This is still only one reason; call your company to confirm.
Can I make partial payments online?
Unfortunately you cannot do that online. Filling out a paper order form is the only way to make partial payments.
How long do I have to place my order?
Your order must be placed two calendar weeks after they day they were available online to view to avoid any charges. After these two calendar weeks, you are still welcome to place an order, but additional fees apply.
How long after I place my order will I receive my pictures?
Our standard shipping time is 6-8 weeks.
Is there any way to get my pictures faster than standard time?
You are always welcome to pay a $35.00 + tax rush fee which will guarantee that the pictures be delivered to your home in two business weeks.
Do you offer refunds in the event I do not like my prints?
We offer no refunds or exchanges. In the event that you do not like your prints, or are unsatisfied in any way please feel free to give us a call. We are more than willing to work with you until you become a satisfied customer.
Do I get any sort of discount for ordering my portraits early?
If you place your order by the Monday after your portraits were taken, you will be eligible for a free set of wallets in the yearbook pose. You do not have to mark this on your order. We will add the wallets automatically.
How do I get my sitting fee credited towards my print order?
Please refer to your viewing card that you received after your photo session. Your discount code will be located on the front.
I live close to the studio, why can’t I save on the shipping and handling and pick up my order?
Your order is mailed directly to you from our lab in New Jersey. The shipping and handling would be the same if it were sent to our studio.
I didn’t purchase enough pictures. Can I make my own copies?
No. Any means of copying (home/commercial scanner, digital camera or other electronic capture device, as well as by film camera, color photocopying or other mechanical means is strictly prohibited by Federal copyright laws.
I didn’t purchase enough pictures. Can I reorder?
Yes, however you will need to print and complete an order form and either fax or mail to us. If you order through the website it will not give you the “Additional print prices” which you are entitled to receive.
